Beverage (Bartender) Tipped Cast Members at the Walt Disney World® Resort are responsible for maintaining an extensive knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine, specialty and zero-proof cocktails, and specialty themed mixed drinks. As part of our team, you will inform Guests about the beverage menu and assist with orders in a friendly and inviting way, while maintaining a safe and clean work area. Bartenders may be located at a variety of different locations throughout property, including restaurant bars, service bars, lounges, pool bars and banquets.This role requires high Guest engagement, problem solving, and critical thinking, all of which are imperative to success.The pay rate for this role in Florida is $9.98 per hour.Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
